Description

The WG302 802.11g ProSafe Wireless Access Point from NETGEAR delivers high-speed, manageable, reliable, secure mobile access to business networks. Fully compatible with IEEE 802.11g (2.4 GHz), it provides 54 Mbps access to corporate network resources, email, and the Internet for a wireless workforce. The WG302 also offers 802.1x port-based authentication protocol support with Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP), Transport Layer Security (TLS), Protected EAP (PEAP), and Tunneled TLS (TTLS). Dynamic rate shifting ensures that you get the fastest possible connection while the Auto Network Connect keeps users connected to the network, even while roaming. Advanced security features like up to 152-bit WEP encryption, MAC address authentication and VPN pass-through ensure that your wireless communications are secure and reliable. Delivering Wireless Distribution System (WDS) functionality for point-to-point and point-to-multi-point bridging and repeater modes, the WG302 ProSafe 802.11g Wireless Access Point extends connectivity to a wired or wireless network for expanded bandwidth.
