This affordable quad-channel 4Gb/s host bus adapter offers twice the performance of 2Gb/s at a small premium. The 4Gb/s Fiber Channel PCI Express adapter series was created to fulfill virtually any storage connection need or environment, whether data mining, video and media streaming, or providing high availability. These adapters deliver unsurpassed performance and high port density; are easy to install; and can accommodate PCI Express host platforms.

All LSI adapters support end-to-end error detection (cycle redundancy check or CRC) for improved data integrity when reading or writing disks. Since the LSI7404EP-LC is fully compatible with 1 and 2Gb/s legacy products, you are assured of investment protection.
